Dinner last night
Carrie you are a genius. Last night, I made your lasagna bake, and it was fabulous. I am so excited that I get to eat it for lunch today too! Of course, I did go visit a customer with some of my simmering sauce splashed on my shirt, (Anderson Cooper 360), but it was so good. I may have to eat a little bit now...

It is so much easier than all the layers, and it is always tasty. It is one of those recipes that makes waayyy too much, but the leftovers always get eaten.

It was easy to make -- I did it with ground turkey, of course, but I think it would be fun to try with shrimp or oysters. Or crawfish... did you know there was a crawfish festival?
